Job Description for National Sales Head – e-Governance

location – Delhi

Look for candidate having the experience of e-Governance business for PAN India.

The National Sales Head will be responsible for leading and managing all sales activities across the country. Will lead a team of regional sales managers and key account managers, providing guidance, support, and resources to ensure the achievement of sales targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Qualification:  B.Tech/B.Sc (Computers/IT)/BCA as graduation along with MBA in marketing (preferably)
    Experience: 22-25 in IT/ e-Governance Sales having good track record of business acquisitions/project sales
  • Taking care of e-Governance Business and responsible for bringing IT projects from all the 4 Territory of India
  • Identifying and developing new business opportunities for various IT / ITES Products and Solutions to State & Central Government customers across India
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets and objectives across all regions.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of regional sales managers and representatives to drive performance and ensure the achievement of sales goals.
  • Establish sales objectives and targets for each region, monitor progress, and implement corrective actions as needed to stay on track.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in sales leadership roles, with a track record of success in driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and lead a diverse team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with government clients.

Willingness to travel frequently to meet with government clients across the country
