We have immediate job opportunity for Customer Service Head position in one of our Client Freight forwarding Company at Ahmedabad, looking for candidates with good experience in Heading Customer Service Department in Freight forwarding. candidate should handle team.

  • Derive Customer Satisfaction to highest levels for key accounts within the region.
  • Should be capable to become a single point of Escalation point for Existing key accounts within the region.
  • Manage & Lead an existing CS team of 15 people within the region.
  • Should possess a decent experience of Team leading role at a regional level.
  • Have thorough knowledge of all Export & Import process for all products (Ocean, Air, LCL, Cross Country).
  • Improvement of job & Invoicing TAT’s.
  • MIS Closing & Monthly reporting.
